Archer is a television show about the employees of an American spy agency known as ISIS (International Secret Intelligence Service). The staff are all very quirky and unprofessional in their jobs to great comedic effect. None of the employees are safe, not Lana Kane or Sterling Archer when out on top secret assignments, nor their co-workers who perform their duties in the ISIS offices. Lana and Archer are under constant threat of death on missions uncovering secret Intel or recovering dangerous objects. Meanwhile, those in the office are subject to armed intruders, kidnapping, secret medical experiments, and the harsh tongue of their boss and Sterling?s mother, Malory Archer.
