When undercover Hong Kong police officer Kit finds himself in a Thai prison after his mission goes sideways, Kit realizes that to survive without any back up he must make a deal with a former police officer who works as his prison guard. The guard, Chatchai, works at the prison to try to make enough money to save his dying daughter. When he realizes that Kit has a potential cure for her leukemia in his bone marrow, Chatchai offers Kit the opportunity to bring down an organ trafficking ring run from within the prison's walls that Kit had been hunting.
