You have to fight. Alvey Kulina, a former champion fighter, tries to keep his gym open by offering mixed martial arts programs. It should be a simple enough life, but Alvey must fight to preserve his dreams while helping others achieve their own. His sons are fighters, but one is hooked on drugs and alcohol and the other is trying to live up to his expectations. Alvey's ex-wife has her own sobriety problems and keeps floating back into his life. His girlfriend supports him but wants to promote her own fighter. Her ex, another MMA champion, then enters the picture.
