Raymond Reddington, one of the FBI's most wanted criminal masterminds, decides to turn himself into the FBI. He presents a Blacklist, a list of other masterful criminals around the world, and promises the FBI to help provide intelligence about each listed individual in order to catch and capture them. However, Reddington has a few stipulations; the first is that he needs to remain free and not locked up behind bars. The second stipulation is that he will only talk and work with a specific FBI agent, Elizabeth Keen. To good to be true? Or perhaps Reddington has decided to do this for other reasons and gain.
