After the Zombie apocalypse, a group of survivors become heroes as they strive to transport an uninfected person to California from New York. They need to get his antibodies to the only working viral lab in the country. The death-defying cross country journey is the only hope for a cure for the zombie plague. The heroes face danger and a high body count as they strive to make their way through an America that's been infested by zombies for three years.
