Created by Mike Judge, King of the Hill is an animated series geared toward more mature audiences. It was part of the Fox Animation Domination programming block for many years and later moved into regular syndication on multiple cable channels. The series centers around the lives of Hank Hill, his wife Peggy, his son Bobby, and their assortment of friends and family. Hank is straight-laced and hard-working, and just wants to see his son play football and his wife succeed as a teacher. The antics of his friends (Dale the conspiracy theorist, Boomhauer the ladies man, and Bill the perpetual loser) often get in the way of things going as smoothly as Hank would like.
