In Los Angeles, plenty of rich and powerful people need their problems to disappear. Typically, they make their lawyers do all the dirty work. Ray Donovan, a former South Boston resident, is the man who makes it happen. He is a fixer for the wealthy clients of the Goldman & Drexler law firm. His life has been perfect in many ways: He has a wife and two children, makes a lot of money and gets away with all sort of criminal activities. Yet, soon after his father, Mickey, is freed from prison, Ray Donovan's charmed life starts to fall apart.
