College drop-out Mike Ross runs into trouble with a drug deal gone bad. While attempting to hide, he walks into a job interview with lawyer Harvey Specter. Immediately seeing Mike's intelligence and photographic memory, Harvey hires Mike on the spot, gambling his own career on someone outside the molded law school graduates. While Mike learns the ropes and they both work to complete cases, they have to hide Mike's lack of college degree from everyone else, including Harvey's in-firm enemy Louis and the managing partner Jessica.
