Saving Hope is a medical drama series whose plot occurs primarily in a hospital and features elements of the supernatural. The series centers on the Chief Surgeon of Toronto's Hope Zion Hospital. After a car crash puts him in a coma on the day of his wedding, Dr. Charlie Harris discovers that he's able to walk around the hospital in spirit form, unseen to everyone around him. The series also follows Dr. Harris's fiance and fellow surgeon Dr. Alex Reid as she struggles to keep hope alive in the lives of her patients while hoping her fiance will survive.
