Neal Caffrey was one of the most sought after white collar criminals in the history of the FBI. His cons were legendary - and Peter Burke was the only agent able to get a leg up on him. In a strange twist, Burke offers Caffrey a deal: Caffrey can leave his prison cell behind if he helps the FBI solve some of the most difficult white collar crimes. While Neal and Peter form an unorthodox partnership, the two also begin an uneasy friendship, but it's possible that Neal has his own agenda.
