7.6Continuum is set in futuristic 2077 Vancouver, British Columbia, where Kiera Cameron (played by Rachel Nichols), a City Protective Services law enforcement officer, lives a quiet life with her husband and son in an Orwellian state ruled by corporations. This quiet life is disrupted when she is inadvertently sent back in time to 2012 with a fanatical group of freedom fighters, Liber8, escaping execution. In 2012 Cameron must hide her identity while hunting down violent criminals from the future, and ultimately discover a way back home to her family.
