5.6In this remake of the 1976 original movie, the town of Texarkana is shocked when a series of ghastly murders begins to take place. Further, there is mystery surrounding the murders as they are eerily similar to a string of unsolved murders by the "Phantom Killer" that took place there 65 years ago. The small town struggles with its loss and fear as well as solving the mystery surrounding these new murders and whether they are possibly connected to the tragic murders from the past.
