It is amazing how quickly a great time can become a situation of life or death. Porter is about to get married, so his buddies decide to throw him a bachelor party. But instead of renting a hotel room or a banquet hall, they decide to go to an island that everyone thinks has been deserted for years. When they all arrive on the island, they soon discover that it is not deserted and the inhabitants are not friendly. The group stumbles upon an old laboratory that appears to have been abandoned. But when they look closer, they realize that it was a bio-weapons facility and one of the flesh-eating viruses the scientists were working on has escaped its containment. Now Porter and his buddies have to figure out a way to avoid the disease and get off the island. Things start to really get bad when everyone starts to turn on each other in panic.
