For Jordan Wells and his street racing friends, it is the biggest opportunity of their lives. They are off to the Road Rally 1000. But will they make it there in one piece? As the group makes their way to the race location, they run afoul of the legendary highway killer Rusty Nail. He relentlessly pursues Wells and his friends in his truck, using various methods to torture them physically and mentally. Cars are wrecked. Blood is spilled.
