Inspired by a true story, this low-key indie comedy movie takes place over the course of one summer where a young adolescent boy trades in his potential college education experience for working on his father?s used-car lot. The backdrop of the film is set against a disapproving mother and an absentee divorced father hoping to repair his inadequate relationship with his son. This summer job is rife with challenges and life experiences that rival his missed college experience. Going against the grain, a teenage boy discovers what it means to be a man and enter the real world prematurely.
