Construction of a new building has begun in Tuck, Munch and Alex's neighborhood. What could be worse than the annoying sounds from construction equipment? How about the odd text messages that are appearing on neighborhood cellphones for starters? What do the seemingly encrypted messages have to do with the construction site? No one around them seems to take the messages seriously. Tuck, Munch, Alex and Emma decide to do a little detecting. They need to crack the message code. Once they know what the messages mean, they can trace it back to its source. They are about to learn a little innocent detective work can quickly get you in over your head.
