The town of Silverton becomes the target of a meteorological onslaught when the perfect summer storm brings a series of tornadoes to the area. Meteorologists are predicting the worst is yet to occur as people try to survive the beginning of what could completely destroy their town. As all this occurs, a group of teens decide that they must document the events of the storm in what may be the end of their lives as they have always known them. As others seek shelter, the group throws itself into the center of the upheaval in order to get what they seek. They must soon decide if the possibility of forfeiting their lives is worth what they are trying to accomplish.
