Brian Gilcrest is a weapons consultant who has fallen from grace at his job and is not liked by anyone save Jeremy, a vastly intelligent technical person. China becomes aggressive against the United States, and Brian is summoned to Hawaii to oversee a spy satellite launch from an old base. Paired with the tough and unflinching Major Lisa Ng, Brian must obtain permission from a local council prior to the launch. He also reunites with his true love and begins to discover who he really is.
