Liz Lemon works in the comedy department of "TGS with Tracy Jordan", but finds her work environment changing dramatically overnight. Not only is she forced to deal with a demanding new boss, but she must develop a working relationship with an insensitive and crazy actress. Liz must find the strength of character, and patience, to deal with these changed circumstances at work. She finds her solace in humor, and always manages to turn the most difficult situations into something funny and amusing. With her personal life an even bigger mess than what goes on at work, Liz can either cry at her misery, or laugh at herself. She chooses the funny route, and never loses her sense of humor, no matter how tumultuous her circumstances continue to get.
