Red Widow centers around Northern California housewife, Marta Walraven. When her mobster husband is suddenly and brutally murdered, Marta is thrown into the mob underworld. She finds out details that her husband was attempting to hide from her and their children. In order to save her own life and the lives of those she loves, she is forced to join the world of organized crime. While on the surface it may seem to others in the organization that she is playing their game, in reality Marta is plotting revenge for the untimely death of her husband.
