Brad is an easy-going radio executive who has recently married Sarah. He loves his wife and his new life, and he is determined to win over his stepchildren. His quest to earn their affections becomes much more challenging, however, when their father, Dusty, turns up. Dusty is a motorcycle-riding free spirit, and it's hard for the straight-laced Dusty to compete with him when it comes to the fun factor. Nonetheless, he and Dusty become embroiled in a heated competition to prove to the kids once and for all which dad is the coolest.
