Seligman is a charming bachelor who, when walking alone on a cold evening in the winter, finds Joe in an alleyway, who had just been beaten up and left there shortly before. Seligman decides to bring her home, where he gently tends to her wounds. Soon, the pair begin talking about Joe?s interesting life.
