In a modern and hilarious twist on the Charles Dickins holiday classic, A Christmas Carol, the "Ebenezer Scrooge" character manages to turn the tables on the visiting ghost of Christmas Present. This time, instead of the ghost of Christmas Present teaching hard life lessons to greedy hotel manager Clint Briggs, the latter entices "Present" to give up his duties in the ghostly world to pursue worldly pleasures. This launches a complex musical drama with dancing, singing and a host of show tunes that tell a fanciful, farcical tale in colorful fashion.
