Living an honorable life as a military police investigator, Jack Reacher soon decides to settle into civilian life. He doesn't do this for long before someone falsely accuses him of murder. Because of it, he can't leave the town of Margrave, Georgia, until he proves he didn't do it. He's a lone-wolf hero and a man who has virtually no name. Once Reacher discovers who was murdered, it becomes personal, and he must kill others in vengeance.
