Julio Blanco is the wealthy owner of a factory that makes industrial scales. On the outside, he projects the image of the perfect caring boss who treats his employees well. The truth, however, is that Blanco rules behind the scenes with an iron fist and a lot of psychological intimidation. He keeps his workers in line with threats and treachery. When his company is nominated for a major business award, Blanco is determined to win at any cost. That?s when some employees see a chance to fight back and create havoc for Blanco and his business.
