The number one detective group, Mystery Inc., has managed to track down and apprehend a costume crime syndicate, Coco Diablo. However, someone or something is out to ruin Halloween by playing as the doppelganger ghosts of the whole group. They are now forced to work with the syndicate leader Coco if they are to save Halloween this year. It?s a personal mission for the group as they try to get to the bottom of who is behind those masks bearing their faces.
