Julian grew up at Camp Lu Tuque, his uncle?s campsite in remote Quebec. Julian must entertain a potential buyer when his uncle decides to sell the campsite. Vanessa, a lawyer, arrives first on the scene to prepare an offer. Naturally, Julian is not happy to be losing the only home he has known, and things are going from bad to worse. The buyers show up and reveal evil plans for the campsite, and there is news of a deadly pandemic sweeping the world. And when things could not possibly worsen, Julian, Vanessa, and the buyers are confronted with zombies.
