Catch the Fair One centers around a woman who is a former boxer, but she now works as a waitress and lives in a shelter. Her younger sister ends up getting kidnapped and sold into a sex trafficking ring. The woman, whose name is Kaylee, has to spring into action to save her sister. Kaylee ends up getting shot by the ring kingpin. She spends the last moments of her life wondering what would have happened if she had rescued her sister. She also has a vision of going back to the boxing ring.
