La Brea centers around a group of survivors who get trapped inside of a sink hole in Los Angeles, California. They have to work together in order to survive. As they try to get out of the sink hole, they discover that there is a temporary portal that will take them back to a primeval land. They have to make sure that they find their way back before the sinkhole closes up.
