Mills, the pilot of a spacecraft crash lands on a strange world teeming with life. He finds that he is not stranded on an alien world; he is on Mesozoic Earth, 65 million years in the past. In an attempt to be rescued, Mills and Koa, another survivor of the crash, find themselves in a race against time as they traverse a hazardous landscape where they must avoid the depredations of dinosaurs and other prehistoric monsters.
