For a therapist named Sibyl, life always goes along pretty easily. One day, however, she meets a patient who intrigues her. The patient, an actress who happens to be having an affair with a handsome movie star, feels comfortable with Sibyl and lets her in on her darkest secrets and deepest fantasies. Inspired, Sibyl starts writing a story. Suddenly, all of the usual boundaries are being broken. Sibyl finds herself traveling on location with the actress and even indulging in some of the same behavior.
