When an L.A. man realizes that he desperately needs money to pay for his wife's medical care, all bets are off. At the end of his rope, he reaches out to the only person he knows will be able to help him, his brother. Unfortunately, or fortunately, as it were, his brother has an unsavory past and will stop at nothing to get what he wants. Eventually, their bungled bank heist will lead them to the strangest place imaginable, an ambulance in which a police officer is experiencing a medical emergency.
