A teenage boy named Hamster meets a strange homeless man on the streets who claims to be a superhero from a different dimension who accidentally ended up on our planet. The man calls himself Max Fist and tells Hamster that he is unable to use his powers on Earth. When Hamster and his sister run into trouble with a local drug syndicate, Max Fist comes to their rescue and prepares them for an all-out war. Together, Max and Hamster must team together to wipe this syndicate out as well as their ringleader, The Manager.
