Sam and Tusker are two men who have been life partners for 20 years. They decide to take a journey across England in a van and also plan to reunite with family and friends along the way. However, Tusker has been diagnosed with early-onset dementia. Now his mind and memories are beginning to falter. While Sam struggles to prepare for a future of caring for his partner, Tusker is attempting to get Sam to plan for a future without him.
