The 18-year-old Nancy Drew plans on leaving her hometown to head to college, but her plans are put on hold after she is drawn into a murder mystery. She and her four friends are witnesses to a murder, and they all team up to find the person responsible. The group consists of Georgia, an old rival, Bess, a rich girl she works with, Nick, a football player and her ex-boyfriend and Ace, the dishwasher and hacker. Nancy Drew was a teenage detective that used to focus on her cases but was ready to move on. She must now solve this supernatural mystery she has reluctantly been dragged into.
