In a world that has been completely overrun by sadistic and blood-thirsty creatures known only as Screamers, Aidan takes the initiative to stockpile all that he can. He finds that his only solution is to lock himself up in his apartment. Left with only the possessions he already owned and the items he managed to hoard, Aidan finds he is forced to confront the upcoming apocalypse completely on his own.
