Adam is just your typical young adult, filled with youthful exuberance and spunkiness. He has dreams of becoming a chef but ends getting into trouble at school and getting expelled. He becomes enrolled at a Catholic school to finish his education and thus becomes interested in an outspoken young girl named Maya. After he discovers he has a mental illness, all he wants to do is keep it secret until he graduates but Maya convinces him that hiding who he is can never be a good idea.
