This movie is based on a book entitled Pornology, by Ayn Carrillo Gailey. Pornology is a memoir about the author's quest to understand porn, something that so-called, ?good-girls? are not supposed to know anything about. The movie follows the fictional character of Lucy Neal. Lucy embarks on a quest to understand the world of porn after her ex-boyfriend tells her that she is pornaphobic. She creates a scandalous to-do list, that forms the backbone of her journey. This is a tale of self-discovery as Lucy finds out more about herself, and a world that was previously off-limits for her.
