There's a category-5 hurricane raging outside and Cardillo, a young cop, is trying to evacuate an apartment building as quickly as possible. What he doesn't know is that a ruthless gang of thieves is also en route, heavily armed and in pursuit of $55 million hidden somewhere on the property. With the help of Dr. Troy and her father, a stubborn man who refuses to leave, the three attempt to take down the band of criminals. When Dr. Troy's father reveals himself to be a retired detective with a history of taking down bad guys, the fight really gets serious.
