Sarah, a well-meaning girl who?s new to the LA area, is on the hunt for a decent apartment. Surprisingly, she has seemingly little trouble finding a quaint spot at Asilo Del Mar Apartments. From the friendly neighbors to the respectful tenants, Sarah?s got it made. However, things take a turn for the worse when her cat goes missing. Sarah starts to grow increasingly wary of one of her neighbor?s, Lester, soon thereafter. It quickly becomes apparent that Sarah didn?t merely happen upon this apartment.
