A disgraced doctor stripped of his medical license now minds his own business in his remotely located home. Two criminals, fresh off a botched robbery attempt, break into the doctor?s home and take his wife and daughter hostage. One of the criminals received a serious gunshot wound in the failed robbery attempt. Now they want the doctor to perform lifesaving surgery in his living room. If he fails, they promise to kill his family. The doctor decides not to take the unnerving situation sitting down, however. What follows is a harrowing and violent life-and-death struggle with the hardened criminals.
