Daniel, a 20-year-old with a questionable past, undergoes a spiritual awakening while in a youth detention center. Though he has aspirations of attending seminary, his past transgressions render this undertaking impossible. Following his release, Daniel lands a job in a carpenter?s workshop. Feeling depressed and defeated, Daniel continues to pursue his dream of becoming a priest. While dressed in the trappings of a minister, Daniel tricks a small-town parish into believing he?s a member of the church. He waits anxiously to see if anyone will become privy to his impersonation scheme.
