Operation Treadstone is the covert US government program that spawned Jason Bourne. The program creates indestructible assassins, and now many of the agents that were formerly trained by Treadstone are being brought back into service. All around the world there are sleeper agents which have been forgotten. Now they are forcing Treadstone to reconsider its original purpose. The program must also come to terms with how it can deal with these agents who seem to have gone rogue.
