Modern Family explores the lives of three larger-than-life families living in California. In mockumentary style, the show follows these interrelated families through the comedic trials of modern life. Jay Pritchett is on family number two. He has a young son and is married to a much younger woman. His two older children Claire and Mitchell live nearby. Claire?s family looks the most traditional, with a husband and three kids.
