A group of people meet regularly at an anonymous support group hosted by a priest who calls herself Joanna. They're all killers of one type or another. Calvin likes to kill sick patients. Alice is a crazy stepdaughter. Even Jo has blood on her hands. They all agree on an honesty and trust system where they can talk anonymously about their kills. They all claim to be there because they want to stop. When a member of the group, Jade, gives into her desires, she contacts her sponsor, The Man, for help. The problem is that she doesn't know if she can really trust him. In fact, the entire group has trust issues. After all, who can they really trust? They are all liars who kill for money or sport.
