Watching old home videos of family Christmas celebrations reminds Kate Pierce and her brother Teddy of just how great the holiday can be. Since losing their dad, Teddy always seems to be angry and 'peace on earth' and 'joy to the world' are just song lyrics. When she spots what could be Santa's sleeve in one of the shots, Kate blackmails Teddy into helping her set up their dad's old camera to try and prove the old guy really exists. What happens next will forever change their outlook and help them recapture the magic that only comes once a year.
