Don is a legendary baseball coach. He loves to win and trains the best baseball players around. At this point in his life, Don needs an assistant coach. Unfortunately, for Don, he ends up with Michael. Not only is Michael not a great coach, but he's actually a really bad coach. Despite their differences, Don and Michael must figure out how to manage the team and their own lives. The only way to do this is to work together, which might be impossible.
