A young man searches for the answers he's been longing for his entire life- why do bad things happen to him? Main character Kyle Barnes hasn't had the best life; not only being beaten by his mother as a child, but also being accused of doing the same to his daughter. He becomes convinced that both his mother and wife were possessed after attending an exorcism in his hometown. After making this life-changing discovery, Barnes teams up with a reverend to help save his hometown from demon-possessed citizens- all while tolerating the ones who think he's nothing but trouble and deserves to be in jail.
