Christy is a single mom who is newly sober and currently raising two children. Christy's mother, who is also recovering from alcoholism, comes back into the life of Christy and her two grandchildren. Christy steers her way through trying to find true love while taking the time to be a great mother to her children. Baxter, Christy's ex-husband, wants to be there for Christy and their children but often finds himself in messy situations. Christy must be there for her family while also trying to piece together her own life.
