In a bleak future a century after a nuclear war that destroys most of civilization, what little is left of humanity lives aboard a space station, where resources are scarce. The leaders decide the time has come to see if Earth is habitable again, so they send 100 juvenile delinquents down to the surface to investigate. In this harsh environment, these young men and women must learn how to work together in order to survive and to make a new start. If they make it through this challenge, all the remaining people will have reason to hope for the future.
